The Pregnancy Resource Clinic of Arizona is a qualified charitable organization (QCO Code: 20764) which means you can financially support the PRC and receive state tax credit for your donation!
It's easy! Here's how:
Step 1: Donate to the PRC!
Maximum refundable credit: Donate up to $400 for an individual or $800 for a married couple filing jointly.
*You must have a tax liability for at least the amount of your donation in order to take a tax credit. In other words, if you only owe $500 to the state of Arizona, you cannot receive $800 in tax credits.
Step 2: Report Your Donation on Form 321
Download Form 321
File this form with your 2017 tax returns on or before April 17, 2018.
Step 3: Wait for Your credit to be applied!
Your AZ tax credit will either reduce your taxes owed or be applied as a tax refund.
